After booking, you’ll receive a real-time confirmation with the driver’s details, vehicle information, and estimated time of arrival (ETA). Our transparent system lets you track the driver’s approach, so you know exactly when to expect them.

Smooth Pickup

The Ji-yGo app provides clear guidance to the pickup location, helping both you and the driver find each other easily. Drivers are notified of your exact location, and you can even communicate with them via chat or call within the app to ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Comfortable Drop-Off

Once in the car, sit back and enjoy the ride. The driver will follow the best route to your destination, taking care of any tra-ic or road updates along the way. When you reach your destination, simply exit the vehicle, and the payment process will complete automatically through the app for a hassle-free experience.
